Rice - outside of the western world you always see where the food comes from… You see the crops, the seafood, the pigs, goats, cows, and chickens… You see the veggies on trees or in the gardens and you see the fisherman, the butcher, and the farmer! This has all been lost in the USA where most people only see the end product and even then it might not even be recognized as edible food in other places in the world… The rice fields of the Philippines seem almost endless and only constrained by the sea!
